Privacy

Our policy on privacy has been revamp to assure that visitors data and information belongs to signatory and bearers, and to whom third-party services are provided. In all, the data and information belongs to the rightful owner and it is not to share or disseminate among others.

Our commitment to integrity in ethics is essential within today’s flowing communications and associated threats as a foundation of our work and activities. Within our team we include privacy experts, data protection as part of our commitment to privacy and confidentiality in all that we do. We require that no data is share with other similar activities of signatories and bearers. To this effect our policies describe roles, responsibilities and practices for handling data and information whether Board Directors, Delegates and volunteers. This is a requirement to be part of the GOB.

  • Policies outline internal rules and regulations for the protection of sensitive information that address applicable laws, regulations and rules of privacy and confidentiality. These are extended to signatories and bearers.

  • Through communications we assert matters on privacy, confidentiality and data security to help ensure internal understanding to manage and protect data and information.

  • We collect no cookies. No data and information shall be distributed, shared or placed within a database that is placed at risk of data mining or similar risks.

Data and information collected for reports from us, signatory, bearers or authorized from the GOB it is private and confidential, we reiterate. We provide broad information from signatories and bearers activities to identify that they bear accreditation - recognition. An instrument of accreditation or certificate of recognition is provided to signatories and bearers that indicate the applicable IRGA benchmark and scope. To this effect, FAQ:

  • What is personal information? Is information that can be used to implicitly or explicitly identify visitors.

  • What type of information is necessary to our activities? We may collect different kinds personal information depending on how we interact (e.g. accreditation, recognition, scope of work, donation receipt), et al dependent on our working activities. This may include different kinds of information about people, businesses, government, depending on how we interact, and scope of work.

  • How do we use the information? The use of the data and information is to communicate, confirm, validate, analyze, formulate, grant and issue an instrument of accreditation or recognition. Also, to help promote safety security, including to monitor fraud, corruption and antitrust or potential illegal activity based applicable laws, regulations and work agreement. 

  • Do we use cookies? No.
